Our polyhedra!

Polyhedra by Olivia

Today, Ms. Jennifer came to our class and we made polyhedron out of pipe cleaners and straws. First, we made triangular based pyramids, then we made octahedron. Then we each had to write our names on the straws which was kind of hard, but fun. Then Ms. Jennifer showed us how to tie them together with yarn to hang them.

The Boo Bash! by Melissa

This past Saturday was the sixth Boo Bash. A lot of our classmates decided to dress up and join the party. There were some cool costumes from Noha the blood drinking vampire to the gothic Sage, it really was a blast. Well there can’t be a trick without a treat! MILLIONS of cupcakes and cookies were lined up on to the tables. But remember there can’t be a treat without a trick. We went to the Mad Science Lab to touch some ooey gooey body parts. Well, you can’t remember this day without a photo. A pumpkin patch scene was created to make it picture perfect. Don’t forget the party in the MMR where you can hit the dance floor. Remember to go to the fortune teller she can predict you’re going to have a great time!
