More Civics Projects
Today we saw skits about impeachment, the freedom of petition and women’s suffrage. 
Family Friday
Fifth graders shared their printed posters that they designed through our partnership with New York Historical Society (thanks, PTA!). We also crafted mini-activist signs for causes we care about.

Bernie versus Donald
Sasha and Charlie performed their debate skit today. It was so entertaining and it was clear that both students know a lot about each candidate’s policies.
Fresh New Lockers
Fifth graders designed their ultimate lockers for their writing warmup. Teleportation holes, stick-on succulents and frozen ice cream machines were some of the student ideas.

5-307 read with their buddies to celebrate Read Aloud Day, and introduced them to Mr. Bun as well.
