A day at the armory… by Tati
The armory is a great location to learn, exercise and have a
blast! It has a load of fun activities. The armory includes a big and smooth
track, a basketball court, a ping-pong station, volleyball court, plenty of
seating for sporting events and high quality sporting equipment. And the space
is very clean! Some of the fun activities that we do are track, obstacle
courses (but it it’s not a race. IT’S JUST EXERCISE!) and spots. Spots is a game that you start
by just finding a color spot and standing on it. Then, you lift up the colored
spot and underneath there is a piece of paper that says what color you should
stand on and what exercise you should do.
